Studies show incredible, overall health benefits for those who help others.  Find a program that suits your time and talents, and increase your own joy, while assisting others in need!

Opportunities for ALL Ages

The following are just a few examples where those of all ages can participate.  Families learn together about giving and assisting others in need, while adult parishioners have meaningful impact without large time commitments.

Fruit Ministry - while shopping with your family, add fruit for this program, or deliver baskets
Home and Hope - bring dinner, help with homework, play a game with a family or read a bedtime story
Second Harvest Food Bank - buy a little extra each week and donate to the bin
Sandwich Sundays - contribute lunch makings, or help our youth deliver these meals
Nets for Life Valentine's Day Cards - rather than give candy or flowers, give life to a child in Africa
Help One Child - pick a card for someone your own child's age, or that of somone you know
Coat Drive - go through closets with your family and donate those extra coats
Rebuilding Together - bring snacks or lunch our team who are working on a nearby home

Opportunities for 14-years and up

The following are just a few examples where those who are 14 and over can participate:

Rebuilding Together - help a local homeowner make their home safe, warm and a pleasure to live in again
Second Harvest Food Bank - sort donations into food groups for easy distribution to the hungry

NAMI Walks - gather pledges and gain knowledge about Mental Health, which affects people of all ages
